湖南3名嬰兒注射B肝疫苗後　2人死亡

大陸長沙晚報報道，湖南3名嬰兒注射過B肝疫苗後，兩名分別為1個月及8個月大的嬰兒第二天死亡，另有1人在加護病房觀察搶救，這名嬰兒在接種後一小時內，面色發紫。

這三名嬰兒是接種由深圳一間疫苗公司生產的B肝疫苗後出事。湖南省疾控中心高度關注這起事件，已成立專家組調查。
