標題[心得] 持續地A酸使用心得

這半年來每天都會上來看看保養版大家的心得與分享 真的覺得很感謝很多熱心分享的板友 讓我可以別白走很多冤枉路 目前使用A酸已經幾個月了 沒有詳細計算日子 狀況也是時好時壞 前些日子讀了一本皮膚保養的書籍使得本來就信奉極簡保養的我 將晚上洗臉的手續再簡化成"只有清水洗臉" (以前是會使用手動洗臉刷+無印洗臉皂 早上才只用清水洗) 不知是不是清潔不夠 額頭上接連冒了好幾顆小小的 感覺像是粉刺轉化而成的小痘 讓我覺得有點崩潰T_________T 而且這些日子家裡有喜事 需要參加喜宴 所以我又把已經停用好久的神仙水及OLAY活膚霜拿出來用了 改回洗臉刷+洗臉乳>>A酸>>神仙水>>活膚霜 結果!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 現在應該是我這幾年來皮膚狀況最好的幾天!!!!!! 臉上完全沒有任何一顆ING的痘子 色素沉澱也淡了好多 皮膚變得好穩定阿~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~好開心 希望不要發完這篇文馬上又長出痘子 哈 但還是想上來跟大家分享一下我的喜悅~~~~~~~~ 抗痘的大家 繼續加油!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.119.44.160
