企業環保 王振堂提兩建議

（中央社記者鍾榮峰台北2013年12月12日電）即將卸任的台北市電腦公會理事長王振堂建議，企業環保決策應該要到最高負責人；企業環保控管機制，應該要佈建第二道防線。

台北市電腦公會今天舉辦第14屆第1次會員代表大會。6年來擔任理事長的王振堂即將卸任。

會中媒體問及對近日半導體封測大廠廢水處理事件的看法，王振堂呼籲，企業對於環保，有兩件事情可以做。

首先王振堂呼籲表示，所有企業負責人，要親自重視社會責任與環保，建議相關決策應該要到最高負責人；企業最高負責人要親自重視檢視。

其次，王振堂表示，應該立即檢討整個控管機制，控管機制應該要佈建第二道防線，萬一原來控管機制、管理人員或機器設備發生問題時，第二道防護機制應該要自動啟動；這方面企業需要進一步投資。

王振堂建議公會，可以和廠商一起來努力。

對於台灣半導體供應鏈是否會因封測大廠廢水事件斷鏈，王振堂認為，若能積極處理，不至於斷鏈；每一段供應鏈都有庫存，都有一些緩衝的量。
