韓軍警告北韓 若挑釁會受到嚴懲

南韓聯合參謀議長崔潤喜，在今天發表的新年賀詞中指出，南韓軍必須動員一切力量遏制敵方挑釁，而在敵方發起挑釁時要及時、準確地、充分地予以嚴懲，防止過去「惡性循環」的反覆出現。

崔潤喜又說，過去北韓不顧國際社會的譴責，不斷地發起挑釁，這是因為南韓連一次，也沒有對此予以嚴懲，所以，他也強調：南韓軍應摒棄消極被動的戰術，以不惜一戰的意志，主動進行攻擊。各級部隊應不斷完善應對系統，以防局部挑釁和全面戰爭，掌握兩韓關係的主導權。
