兆豐金 中高層持股大增

兆豐金控昨（15）日公告最新董監與經理人持股，由於去年12月下旬完成現金增資，員工認股熱烈，最新概況中高階主管持股均大增，其中，董事長蔡友才、總經理徐光曦，都認購超過200張股票，八位金控專任與兼任副總經理，也都增加100張以上。

兆豐金控去年底現增215億元，其中一成供員工認股，蔡友才決定集團所有企業一視同仁，認股額度分配差異不會太大，讓所有員工都有機會認購增資新股，然後再就員工放棄等洽特定人額度另行分配，結果中高階主管接手踴躍，除了蔡友才、徐光曦兩人認購增資新股均超過200張，多位副總、協理級主管也增加100多張到300多張不等。
