沃爾瑪解雇罷工勞工 遭美政府提告

美國政府官員15日對沃爾瑪（Wal-Mart）正式提告，指控該公司違反勞工權益，解雇參與罷工抗爭活動的員工。

國家勞工關係委員會（NLRB）在訴狀中表示，過去兩年間，沃爾瑪非法解雇、懲處或威脅其14個州逾60名員工，但這些人參與抗議沃爾瑪薪資與工作環境的活動，是受法令保障的。

官員在聲明中透露，勞委會的法務長去年11月已擬好類似指控，但並未正式遞狀提告，希望與沃爾瑪尋求和解。但雙方談判未果。

沃爾瑪則堅稱一切行為合法。

此項指控可追溯回2012年11月17日，當時美國商業工人國際工會（UFCW）與附屬的沃爾瑪尊嚴團結組織（OUR Walmart ）發動罷工，要迫使沃爾瑪展開勞資談判。但沃爾瑪的經理警告員工，如果在感恩節隔天的「黑色星期五」之前曠職參與行動，將遭到紀律處分。

勞委會表示，沃爾瑪必須在1月28日以前對這項訴訟作出回應。聽訊的時間尚未確定。

UFCW稱，沃爾瑪可能被強制重新僱用員工，償付工資並且撤回對員工的紀律處分。
