CD轉成mp3，專輯名稱卻變成未知的專輯

最近，我陸續把收藏多年的CD擷取成mp3，有個名稱上的疑惑想請教。

有些CD擷取之後，資料夾是「未知的專輯」，我就更改電腦（PC）裡的資料夾名稱，譬如改成「小約翰·史特勞斯圓舞曲」。

但是，把這些mp3複製到android手機時，手機裡的兩種聽音樂app讀到的名稱依然是「未知的專輯」。

把電腦裡的iTunes匯入mp3，iTunes讀到的名稱依然是「未知的專輯」。

唯一可以顯示出「小約翰·史特勞斯圓舞曲」的，是錄音筆。

目前已經累積了10片的「未知的專輯」，將來可能還會更多，這樣以後要用行動裝置聽音樂，會有找不到音樂的困擾。

有什麼方法可以讓手機和iTunes讀取我改過的名稱？

題外話：有張CD正確名稱是「三皈依」，擷取成mp3時，名稱卻變成「心經」，雖然我在電腦改為正確名稱「三皈依」，手機和iTune都還是讀到「心經」。
