加開臨時會處理食管法 民進黨團贊成

立法院昨天休會，但食管法修法因未列入議程，加上朝野對條文尚無共識，無法在本會期完成三讀。消基會主張加開臨時會處理食管法修法，還發出問卷調查藍綠立委意見。民進黨團書記長吳秉叡今晚表示，臨時會召開與否、是否列議程，主要掌控在國民黨多數黨的手中，但若單純為了食管法修法開臨時會，民進黨團會支持；但國民黨團若想藉此挾帶其他有疑慮的法案，那就一定反對。
