財神爺還是沒眷顧！新莊1對潘姓夫婦，因開設的賣場經營不善，為挽回頹勢，竟自開近千張發票盼能對中頭獎，卻只中了5萬6000元，最後店不僅倒了，2人還被國稅局送辦。新北地檢署考量2人已繳回犯罪所得，15日給2人緩起訴處分。

檢方查出，39歲潘姓男子和妻子在新莊開設賣場，因賣場經營困難，面臨倒閉命運，夫妻倆竟異想天開，從民國99年1月到同年6月間，向國稅局購買每卷250張的2聯式發票8卷後，開立無實際交易、面額10餘元左右發票近千張，盼能對中頭獎1000萬元。

不料半年下來僅其中180張中獎，最大獎只中4000元，全部加起來僅5萬6000元，還是倒店。
