香港店鋪租金 全球最貴

一份全球地產調查報告稱，香港店鋪租金，保持全球最貴。

國際地產顧問公司世邦魏理仕發表報告稱，第三季香港舖租，繼續是全球最貴，每年每平方呎達4333美元。

報告稱，旅客訪港持續增加、主要地區欠缺拓展空間，以致香港核心零售區難以覓得舖位。

報告指出，核心區舖位短缺，加上新供應匱乏，預料香港明年仍是全球舖租最貴的城市，租金將繼續上升。

另外，報告指，上季紐約舖租亦大幅增長，每年每平方呎達3150美元，在全球排行第二位，其中，第五街舖租處於歷史高位。巴黎及倫敦則分別排行第三及四位，舖租分別為1426及1275美元。
