台灣青年失業率 恐登上金融海嘯後高峰

台灣去（2013）年前11月15～24歲青年失業率飆高到13.17%，全年失業率恐怕攀上金融海嘯後高峰。台灣大學國家發展研究所副教授辛炳隆表示，青年若35歲還未能穩定踏上職場軌道，對終生職涯可能會產生不利影響，政府應積極介入。

主計總處統計去年前11月整體失業率為4.19%，但青年失業率超過整體失業率三倍，達到13.17%。主計總處今（22）日將公布最新失業率數字，預期全年可能創下海嘯後新高。

在金融海嘯衝擊台灣最深的2009年，青年失業率高達14.49%，這幾年海嘯影響減緩，比率卻沒有明顯回降，持續在12%以上徘徊。

辛炳隆解釋，受景氣持續不振影響，企業會降低培訓人才意願，減少錄用新人，還會先裁撤經驗較少的青年員工，無論開發中或已開發國家青年，失業率近年都居高不下。
