專才被挖角率 我國稱冠亞洲

最新訪調結果顯示，台灣專業人才去年被嘗試挖角比率居亞洲各國之冠，刺激原雇主以更優渥的條件留住人才。

香港人力仲介業者博禹集團（MRIC）在調查中發現，逾76%的台灣專業勞工在2013年獲得新工作的邀約，在不計中國的亞洲地區中排名第一。

博禹表示，這些工作邀約有過半數薪資條件，比原工作高出至少二成，但僅12.9%員工選擇跳槽，原因是原雇主以提高薪資反擊。
