馬英九：服貿延宕是傷害台灣

立法院第8屆第4會期結束。國民黨主席馬英九說，雖然會期開始時有些政治紛擾，但「殷憂啟聖、多難興邦」，他感謝王金平院長、洪秀柱副院長、林鴻池執行長、林德福書記長的努力，但遺憾兩岸服貿協議沒有納入審查。

馬英九說，駐華使領館、代表處，都把服貿視之為台灣推動貿易自由化指標，「服貿延宕不是傷害國民黨，而是傷害台灣」，對於接下來台灣加入TPP、RECP也不利。他並提醒未來朝野協商時要特別審慎。
