踢壞德安航空飛機 劉德華判賠267萬

港星劉德華在1997年來台拍攝電影「情義」時，在屏東佳冬戰備跑道拍攝直昇機打鬥畫面，劉德華不慎踢到操縱桿，導致直昇機旋翼葉片傾斜受損，最高法院判決劉德華需賠償出借直昇機的德安航空267萬多元，全案定讞。

判決指出，當時德安航空將直昇機停在屏東基地，拍攝劉德華從前座翻出，沿著機體側身到後座的特寫，因為拍了2、3次效果都不好，劉德華加大動作，左腳卻不慎碰到駕駛艙內的操作桿，機體震動傾斜，旋翼片掃到地面的聚光燈布幔受損。

法院認定，雖然德安航空駕駛有責任在拍攝時確保航務安全，但劉德華誤觸操縱桿也要負4成過失責任，判劉賠償267萬多元。
