本身私大學店碩士 就我這幾天面試的經驗 投了大約30封履歷(化工本業) 通知我去面試的5家 每一家都有設定語言門檻 TOEIC600以上是基本款 求職者也有不少800以上的 只能說TOEIC考得好 只代表面試機會比較多，錄取機率比較高 加不加薪到是其次 不過像你這種英日文都通的 要凹加薪可以試看看!! 如果你真的很優秀 公司加個1.2000留人才很正常!! ※ 引述《shawn228 (杜拜機場)》之銘言： : 小弟目前到南港某T公司(公司大到你家一定也有他的家電用品)面試，第一皆段是Hr的人 : 他看到我的語言能力(toeic885、留日七年)，有提到這是主任級程度 : 薪水上也會有所謂的加權，面試完後離去時有偷偷試探"加權"的部份，但他沒正面回應 : 請問到底語言方面的証照，到底所謂的加權會是加多少? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.168.53.117
