國內上市公司 首季4家掛牌

（中央社記者田裕斌台北2014年1月22日電）延續去年12月上市掛牌熱潮，繼上周2家第一上市公司風光掛牌後，國內公司旭隼、界霖、高力及隆大4家準上市公司已規劃將於第一季陸續掛牌交易。

台灣證券交易所表示，多家國內生力軍接力開創新春新氣象，農曆年後證券市場榮景可期，上市審議委員會元月也將審議倉佑及南茂2家國內公司上市申請。

證交所表示，倉佑業務範圍包括汽車類自動變速箱零組件、重型卡車類離合器零組件、產業機械類零組件及汽車引擎系統零組件，外銷占76.06%，內銷占23.94%，去年營收新台幣18.18億元，去年前3季每股稅後純益(EPS)0.53元。

南茂則是記憶體IC、液晶顯示器驅動IC及邏輯/混合訊號IC封裝及測試服務，外銷占30.29%，內銷占69.71%，去年營收193.61億元，去年前3季EPS則達1.9元。

證交所指出，今年證券市場在金融監督管理委員會台股三支箭活絡股市措施下，投資人信心大增，每日交易值重回千億元以上，證交所未來仍將以恢復交易量能，擴大市場規模為目標，預估今年申請上市公司可維持去年熱絡景象。
