嬰兒悶死遭棄屍 母親良心不安自首

屏東縣33歲陶姓男子2012年年底與同居的21歲葉姓女友，因所生3個月嬰兒深夜哭鬧，兩人擔心吵到鄰居，竟然讓嬰兒趴睡，還用棉被蓋住嬰兒頭、頸部，便呼呼大睡。隔天醒來他們發現嬰兒已窒息死亡，為了逃避刑責，兩人竟騎機車把嬰兒裝到紙箱，帶到長治鄉某產業道路丟棄，還用圓鍬挖土掩蓋屍體。

事後，葉女因良心不安，自行到內埔分局自首，屏東地院依過失致死、遺棄屍體罪判陶男8月徒刑；葉女判刑4月，因自首緩刑2年。
