「借小孩」車道穿梭賣玉蘭花！疑博取同情　社會局調查中

新北市一名男子被人發現帶著小孩在車道上販賣玉蘭花，場面十分危險，遭人檢舉，但男子稱自己的小孩被朋友帶去看醫生，自己則和朋友互換小孩，男子的行為遭人質疑是利用小孩博取同情，社會局目前已介入調查，若觸法，最高可罰30萬元。

在車來車往的路上，一名男子牽著一名年約4歲小女孩在中間穿梭，四處賣玉蘭花，據報導，2人並非是父女，且男子還常常「換小孩」上街賣花，偶爾還會揹著剛出生不久的嬰兒在街上賣花。

這名男子平時靠打零工維生，偶爾會帶著小孩上街賣花，附近店家則反應，男子常常會帶不同的小孩，質疑是為了要博取同情，許多駕駛不願見小孩辛苦，向警方檢舉，男子供稱，自己是幫忙親戚帶小孩，目前社會局已介入調查。
