高本院院長交接 石木欽走馬上任

最高法院庭長石木欽接任台灣高等法院院長，高院今天上午舉行交接典禮，石木欽向司法人員喊話，認為重拾人民對司法的信心是當務之急，他在任內也會全力整頓司法風紀。

法官法2011年7月6日實施後，第11條明文規定，高院以下庭長及院長任期為3年，得連任一次，且將一、二審合併計算。高院、地院院長及庭長，除有但書所規定得再延任3年外，正常狀況下，任期最長就是6年

高院院長陳宗鎮此次人事調動，是依法官法規定，因屆滿任期調回最高法院刑事庭擔任庭長。接任的石木欽，因從未當過法院院長，被視為黑馬。

司法院長賴浩敏、法務部部長羅瑩雪等到場觀禮。石木欽表示，任內會要求法官風紀，問題雖是老生常談，卻也最重要，由於高院多有二審審結的案件，盼法官能以智慧判斷，做出擲地有聲、與時俱進的裁判，讓人民信服。
