晚上拍艾菲爾鐵塔上傳網恐被罰款

法國巴黎著名地標艾菲爾鐵塔，每到了晚上亮起了燈光，浪漫的景象總讓遊客忍不住按下快門留念。但是，現在拍艾菲爾鐵塔的夜景照，可能還會被罰款。

根據歐盟的版權規定，艾菲爾鐵塔夜晚燈光點亮、變化，名義上屬於一種藝術品，遊客或當地市民如果隨意拍下其夜景照並上傳社交網站分享，就違反版權規定，還可能被罰款。規定說，如果人們還是想拍照並上傳分享，就必須先得到創作者的同意。

而艾菲爾鐵塔的官網也指出，這個規定只限於晚間的艾菲爾鐵塔，白天就沒有關係。
